Meet Buddy! Buddy was rescued from a basement along with 7 other cage mates. Buddy has angel wings (when the feathers grow they curl and/or break off) and will most likely never be able to fly or grow normal flights. Buddy has a sweet disposition and will sit with you but he is very clumsy due to his wings so caution is advised when holding him as he can and/or will fall. Note: We do not ship parrots and generally adopt only within a 200-mile radius of Fargo, North Dakota. A pre-adoption home visit by a member of our adoption committee is required for every adoption. We charge an Adoption Fee for each adoptable parrot.  Adoption Fees are based on the discretion of the Board of Directors.
