Quaker Parakeet : : Adult : : Small
Meet Charlie a Quaker Parakeet. Like most Quakers he is very protective of his cage. Once he is out he loves to cuddle and have his head preened. Charlie can wolf whistle, make kissing sounds and mumbles like he's having a conversation. If you are interested in Charlie please contact The Center for Avian Adoption, Rescue and Education.
